Then in the discussion about coupling work requirements for welfare money you ran head on into the single mother contingent right off the bat. You didn't respect the hardship of single mothers having kids and not being able to work because nobody will take care of their brood of future criminals.

Motherhood is not a disability. All these women actually need is access to subsidized day care and maybe tuition-free vocational training at community colleges. They don't need direct money put in their hands from anybody by virtue of popping out babies.

You really made some enemies challenging the single mother privilege.

Are the kids better off (pre-school age) in government daycare, or home with their mothers?

Do you think that facility would be cheaper than simply paying the welfare?
