Local governments should be allowed to self-determine. As long as they're not running afoul of the law, in regards to discrimination (like if local government decides to stop giving out business licenses to colored people) then I don't see a problem with it. They pay the taxes, they should be allowed to run their government. Most local government, you have to be a resident of that area to even participate. White nationalists do run a lot of counties, as they're the majority of the people who live in those counties.

And white caucus? There is such a thing as that, it's called the Republican Party.

Why is Chicago violent crime in decline?

Chicago homicides down sharply in 2017, Chicago saw a decline of more than 100 homicide victims in 2017 compared with the previous year — the steepest one-year reduction in nearly 15 years.

Homicides in 2018 are at a pace 26 percent slower than that of 2017, according to Chicago Police Department statistics. Shootings are down 32 percent.

While neither the Chicago Tribune or Chicago Sun Times mention Trump doing anything the fact is Trump has ordered an organized Crime Task Force and sent Federal Agents to work with Chicago Police. I get the sense Kanye was referring to this when he tweeted Obama did nothing for Chicago crime.
