I got a third opinion on that btw, because I gotta buddy over today hanging out, and he's super duper Canuck, Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry, and he says DrY is a "spy".

Which would mean Vandoo if DrY was in the army, but in this case he means "Eurospy".
