Class-action stategery is a strange animal, though. Plus, on first pass, I see that this is a case brought under the CA state discrimination statutes, which prolly make the federal law look Rothbardian in comparison.

I know this is old, but looking at this now, SNAP and food stamps are two different things in Mass. SNAP is 110K in Mass, food stamps are 770k...
