News to the legal system, I'm sure.
And you certainly can't lock him out in a Cat 5 storm, after he served his time.
That's true. That's why if they have a warrant, they'll be locked *in* a jail - you know, where people with warrants go.
Another legal revelation from the supeona = entrapment genius.

People need to understand that such feelings can often form a self fulfilling prophecy, and negative thinking can lead to negative weather outcomes. People see these hurricanes on the media, and they get upset. They feel powerless and unable to do anything. We all know what happens next. If you fear the worst, and get sad about the weather, how can you be surprised when your house gets blown away? I'm tired of being my own worst enemy. I'm not going to let my feelings determine whether or not this becomes a category 5 storm. Daily affirmations, exercise, and positive visualization all help combat tropical depression. Medicine won't help with the storm of the mind, or the storm of the Atlantic. On Sunday morning, I'm going to wake up look in the mirror and remind myself that I am wonderful, and I am in control of the barometric pressure. And I am. Then I'm gonna go on a bike ride. I'm not going to let this hurricane become real. The only powerful gales are your own fears and inadequacies. Why would I feed into something like that? Buying water, gasoline, and batteries is for the weak. They have already let the hurricane win. I'm not going to prepare for this storm, because I know it's only as real as I make it. I encourage other Florida residents to do the same. If we start thinking about this with a sense of courage and adventure, there is no reason why any of us should see a rainy day ever again.
If congress wasn't such a bunch of do-nothings, they'd pass a bill making category 5 hurricanes illegal.
The pharmaceutical industry has made bank selling antidepressants and pain medication in an attempt to convince the public that a little pill can somehow cure tropical depression. The sad reality is that this medicine is useless in the face of a Katrina or an Andrew. If you are not willing to make a positive change, and put in the work, you will always have to deal with hurricanes. But the truth, as usual, is not accepted by the public. You can take a xanax bar and sleep through Irma, or you can be positive, and watch as it disintegrates in the Caribbean. Next hurricane season, take the batteries out of your flashlight and throw them out! Pour out all your gallons of water! It will be hard at first, but as long as you keep your spirits up, the winds will die down. Negativity is the ultimate form of inclement weather.

So, I was reading this thread and I realized that there isn't any thread for the next two Hurricanes after Irma:
As Hurricane Irma rampaged through the Caribbean, two more hurricanes made their debuts Wednesday.

In the Atlantic, Hurricane Jose was heading westward at a 17 mph clip and packing 75 mph winds at of 5 p.m., according to a National Hurricane Center update. It was about 1,140 miles east of the Lesser Antilles chain of islands in the eastern Caribbean.

In the Gulf of Mexico, Hurricane Katia was about 175 miles north of Veracruz, Mexico (about 800 miles south of Hurricane Harvey-damaged Houston) and moving in an east-southeast direction at a speed of 5 mph, according to the latest NHC bulletin.

Mark it down. We have a conversion.

As 2 former Florida residents, I am ashamed of both of you. I am going down to Miami this weekend to go boogie boarding. This storm is not going to ruin my plans. I'm not filling my gas tank up before I go either. Let the chips fall where they may.

Nice to know there could be surprise razor wire whipping around in the 200 mph wind.
Bad news for the weatherman on the scene.
