Libertarians are democrats who object to the official party economic policy. They already aligned with the party. Did you not even pay attention last year? The entire LP was organized to hurt Trump and help Clinton.

Yes, both major parties are (obviously) not actually fiscal or social conservatives. Come up with some kind of branding, and pull the splinter groups together, into an alliance. It's going to happen anyway, but maybe Marty can jump in front of it.

On matters of import, libertarians and democrats are basically the same thing. Libertarians are democrats who tried to take over the GOP, and having failed, created their own fake party that only serves to siphon off GOP votes so that their democratic party buddies have a better chance of winning.

As far as economics, what actually matters is your stance on stopping immigration at least until we can get a handle on employment and the welfare state, as well as your position on treaties designed to trade American jobs for a piece of our national debt. Libertarians are huge fags for open borders and offshoring jobs. Just like their democrat buddies. Fuck them.

The fucking absurdity of the libertarian is that, for the longest time, it didn't even matter. The GOP was locked in a Pelosi-style stranglehold by cucks like Romney and McCain. The GOP was giving the democrats everything they wanted for generations until now. There was never any point to it.

I think more people realize this fact than you might want to entertain. But because libertarians are such a fucking joke, not many people really care to talk about it. I just think it's funny so I talk about it, especially to get the libertarians posturing again.

Seems like libertarians are basically liberals who are off-put by the feminizing of liberalism. They are basically old-school liberals who are probably generally on the autistic spectrum (hyper-rational), which makes them feel totally alienated from the emotionally-driven democrats. But where it counts, i.e. morals and principles, they are essentially the same thing as democrats.
