He doesn't offer any solutions to this issue though. In fact none of the videos I have seen to this point offer solutions other than outright stripping ownership from whites and redistributing their assets.

And they never will offer up any solution, because the only solution is time. It takes time for families to rise up to a higher economic class, and unless you are willing to commit genocide it takes time for generations of racists to die off. This is the perspective that most SJW lose. They have a short attention span, and want instant gratification. It just doesn't work that way. The only way you can give them instant gratification is by ruining other people's lives, which is not acceptable. The best thing you or government can do to help black people is to promote government policies that promote strong economic growth. Give them an economic atmosphere that promotes entrepreneurial spirit. A strong economy is going to lift more black people out of poverty than any forced reallocation of wealth.

EXACTLY! It's all about looking at a longer timeline.

Take my wife's family as an example. Straight Scotch-Irish folks who came to America with nothing. Worked in the coal mine for multiple generations and now they are landed gentry of eastern KY. It didn't happen overnight. They lived in squalor up until my wife's generation.

Now though, there is a 500 acre homestead which can never be sold without the agreement of all the siblings and after they pass it will be up to the the dozen or so grandchildren to care for it and so forth.

I can only imagine the pride one of her ancestors would feel if you were able to raise them from the grave an show them what they set in motion for their family name.

And all of it was achieved by people who were willing to "work a little harder".

That's not what people want now-a-days though. They don't just want a piece of land the King can't relocate you from. Hell I bet they could't even tell you what it is they want besides feeling comfy.

She is Mensa level IQ, college professor and the youngest individual to graduate with a PHD from the University KY in her field of study.

That said, she is from the heart of Appalachia and never had the need or desire to question much other than what the weather is going to be like.
