Slow cooked brisket, braised for 4 or 5 hours on a bed of vegetables, so tender you can cut it with a spoon.
So much more flavour than any cut of steak at a fraction of the price.
No patience, that's the problem with steak eaters.

See, I look at it 180. Good steak, is tender, full of flavor, just naturally. Only Salt and Pepper.

No reason to argue, I'll take both
