If Trump is truly going to leave a Legacy that reshapes the court system he's not moving quickly enough. He has 12-15 in the chute right now. But averaging 1 appointment per month will only give him 48 in his first term, 96 in his second term. Trump needs to average 2 appointments a month to really shift things. It's still an uphill battle, there are 3300 Federal Judge positions. The SCOTUS is still where Trump leaves an impact. 4 Trump judges would lock his Legacy
