You can't sue the public school system writ large, and Parkland is unlikely to be found liable for not being able to stop a rampage with an AR15, particularly when the cops actually bailed on intervening.

That whole track seems likely to backfire to the advantage of the gun grabbers, as you'd be inviting the courts to find the AR15 as being liable as the cause.

Lunatic fringe babble, support for the public school system writ large is overwhelming, you can maybe claw some money back to try to fund sending your kid to private school, but I would submit, the mostly likely result would simply be that the state would seek another revenue stream to fund the overwhelming majority mandate for a public option, and you'd just get taxed by that way instead.

Hey, don't get me wrong, I think public education is the second biggest scam going, second only to the Pentagon, but you ain't getting rid of the Pentagon neither.

I wouldn't touch the public school down the road with a ten foot pole, but escaping the property taxes I have to pay to fund it? I'm not holding my breath, I'm outnumbered by many orders of magnitude by bourgeois liberal nanny parents, but in the end, so are you, about half of Americans might be up for "school choice", but I wouldn't try to overplay that hand.

Like, case in point, "Repeal the Second Amendment" is the liberal lunatic fringe position, I don't think the Democrats would be so dumb to run on that, but if they ever did, it would backfire massively and blow up in their faces, none the less, "Repeal the Public School System" would be the same kind of overreach with similar blowback in the opposite direction.

Eventually. the liberals are going to realize that the government schools don't actually educate anybody. Meanwhile, conservatives and traditional Americans will opt for homeschooling or parochial schools, and their kids will have all the advantages in life.

From reproduction to economic success, the writing is on the wall for liberals. Even their vaunted Ivy League schools are utter garbage now. I think we really are watching a natural selection event play out right now.
