I'm honestly trying to see it from your side. I watched all of those videos, several times, and I don't see how it exonerates him. He is driving into a crowd of people, and right before he get in, some guy takes a swing, and then he hits the gas even harder. That's exactly what I see.

Watch the full speed video, he's not exactly creeping along. He's accelerating toward a crowd of people, then they try to get out of the way, some guy swings, and he accelerates even more.

If you look at the rear end of the vehicle, he had already taken damage by that point. It's reasonable to assume he was accelerating away from the first group of attackers into the second group, not realizing he was headed for a worse group.

He also hit the breaks before the guy swung at his car. I don't know if a self defense case can be made here or not but it really just looks like a shit decision made in the heat of the moment and I can't even be that angry at him. Those people were cracking skulls all day. He had reason to feel threatened and plow through the crowd. Hell we watched people walk for this before but because we don't agree with his politics he's a terrorist now.

The dude murdered someone. It's awful when Antifags make excuses for burning buildings down. It's awful when sjws blame terrorism on islamophobia. But it's even worse when people who hate sjws go all sjw and act as though someone hitting his car with a bat .5 seconds before he plows into a crowd makes it ok. Dude murdered someone. Making excuses for him (even if they are valid, but I am not convinced) loses any chance of making real changes. You will blame it on the MSM later, but this is where the fight was lost for good.

I see the still where his brake lights are on, and when I watch the video I can convince myself that he may have hit the brakes for a split second. Even if he did, it did not affect what happened. The timeline is virtually the same.

Anyway, I'm still not commenting on all the side stories, it's just a distraction from the event. Clearly, this is not some black and white issue, but it doesn't affect what happened.
