If she is in the country still, ask for Mingbi, she will give you the full treatment for about $80.

In the last 8 months they went from
Inflation doesn't exist to
Inflation is transitory to
Inflation is good

Your wages haven't gone up, everything costs more, but it's really good for you. :?

The first few paragraphs are absolutely infuriating. This article isn’t good for my health.

Here's the shot that boggles my mind - the article got one aspect of the problem correct (not the whole problem, just this aspect of it):

The shared inflation experience underscores that mismatches between what consumers want to buy and what companies are able to deliver are helping to drive the price increases. While those may be amplified by worldwide stimulus spending, they are not the simple result of nation-specific policy choices — and they should eventually work themselves out.

What's part of the problem?
Companies cannot produce enough supply to meet consumer demand - so prices go up on the limited available supply.

How would typical low-info Americans solve this productivity crisis?

"We just need to close the wealth gap by taxing the rich more, and spreading that wealth around!!!"

... like wealth redistribution somehow creates more supply.
You can spread everyone's cash around to everyone else all day and not create a single fucking thing.
But whatever.

Good.
Reduce those food miles.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.
