Mrs Smitty has no America Derangement Syndrome when it comes to shopping in America
Not everything is a better deal tho, some things are the same, so she knows exactly what she's looking for
Her favorite store in America which we do not have here is actually Trader Joe's

The game meal for tonight was lemon caper chicken, caesar salad (homemade dressing :bites fist:)
And just for fun, onion rings on the side :fist pumps:

Chickpea, cauliflower and potato curry with chapati made from our own flour.
Not the best flour for flatbreads but they puffed up like they're supposed to and tasted fine. Just a little stiff in texture, not as soft and bendy as they should be.
The first loaf of two is in the oven now, made with my dwindling supply of decent bread flour (ironically, chapati flour which was all they had in the supermarket last time I went in about 3 weeks ago).
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Dorothy made homemade naan bread for the first time to go with her slow cooker beef madras
Best naan I've had really

I'm a Deist, so miraculous intervention is a metaphor, my wife is an atheist who sasses me about it
None the less, I pray for the Lord to bless you and your Easter

Chicken schnitzel w/ mushroom spaetzle, and broccoli. Put some German folk music on Spotify and rocked out to the fatherland vibes today.
