Those are fairly modern as far as I know. But that is the type of thing you get when you design a revenue system to control behavior.

Incentives will cause redistribution of wealth: Invisible Hand shit.
1) Pre-Reagan Progressive tax rates stop executives from taking big salaries.
2) Giving away a Billionaire's wealth at his death results in at least 1000 more Millionaires.
3) Monopolies have a difficult time forming because maintaining a majority with small stock holding percentages becomes difficult.
4) Giving a huge (100%) deduction for reinvesting money into businesses that employ people not only employs people, it also makes people of known competent management skills oversee them to protect his/her investment.

How does that prevent an aristocracy from being formed? Not seeing it, you can reduce the influence of the aristocracy, but you can't eliminate it altogether.

Being filthy-rich isn't "aristocracy." Your children being filthy-rich, that's aristocracy.

So what's the corollary for being filthy rich when your parents weren''t?

Differences in income or wealth do not an aristocracy make.

Differences in income and wealth exist, and have existed, in every society ever. Not every society is aristocratic.

Aristocracies are hereditary systems where benefits are assigned based on family lines.

This is what an aristocracy looks like.
