We should stop allowing people to vote that have no right to do so... cripes... if people don't even know who they are voting for, but know more about some soap opera, they should be disallowed to vote, for their stupidity keeps real votes from being counted.

That function is supposed to be filled by our press. Unfortunately, it has been decided that they now operate on an entertainment-advertising model, so no real information gets to voters, unless they do quite a bit of internet research.
