For real. This just showed on my my FB feed.
Here's what I think should we should do, guys:

Rep. Nita Lowey, the congresswoman representing NY's 17th district (which includes Chappaqua), is 81-years-old and will have been in office for 30 years come 2018. She should announce that she's retiring. Hillary runs for that seat. Democratic wave builds and gives them the majority and they elect Hillary Speaker of the House. Then when Trump and Pence are forced to resign/get impeached, Hillary becomes president per the line of succession.

Boom. Heads exploding. ;)
Account abandoned.

81-years-old. Thats f-ed up. Wonder if she's one of those congresspersons with alzheimer's. You have some rejuvenation to do over there.

Mike Kim, the reserved pharmacist-turned-owner of the pharmacy, said he has gotten used to knowing the most sensitive details about some of the most famous people in Washington.

“At first it’s cool, and then you realize, I’m filling some drugs that are for some pretty serious health problems as well. And these are the people that are running the country,” Kim said, listing treatments for conditions like diabetes and Alzheimer’s.

“It makes you kind of sit back and say, ‘Wow, they’re making the highest laws of the land and they might not even remember what happened yesterday.'”

No surprise. It means a lot of these people are simply placeholders, that someone else is making their decisions for them. One of the reasons I'd like to get to Washington is that I'm pretty good at seeing the man-behind-the-curtain. I'm curious how many of our "leaders" are puppets, and which ones are real. For example, I try and follow Trey Gowdy, because he seems legitimately in control of his own destiny, but he's kind of stupid. They all seem stupider than the equivalent power in business.

You'll never get anywhere near Washington, unless you can raise massive amounts of money and sell your soul. Then you'll need to pledge allegiance to the Party, and get the attention of the nominating committee.

Or create a national campaign based solely on ridiculous statements and hyperbole. At which point, you'll be expected to follow up on them.
