You criminal scum.heydaralon wrote: ↑Fri May 29, 2020 5:41 pmIt's not easy being a cop. You gotta undestand, when they pull you over and write the ticket, often they are crying. They know you make less than they do, and don't have a tax subsidized pension set up, but 5 miles an hour over is 5 miles per hour over. They wipe their tears, because they have an important job to do. They need 15 more tickets today, or they run the risk of not meeting their budget. I always tell cops not to feel bad about stopping me on the way to work. They were just doing their job, and I'd expect nothing less from a warrior class elite society member. It can get emotional. I have cried as hard as they have. We also hug in the end, and I take my ticket and proudly walk to courthouse, beaming as I write the check knowing that I am helping to keep the dangerous 35 mph stretch of Aloma Ave safe.

Re: A Prairie Home Conflagration
It has begun. This may be the Big One. https://www.zerohedge.com/political/vio ... nationwide
White House locked down. Riots and burning police cars across the nation...
Louisville, KY
Minneapolis, MN
Atlanta, GA
Los Angeles, CA
Evansville, IN
Columbia, SC Charlotte
NC Memphis, TN
Tampa Bay, FL
Columbus, OH
New York City
Phoenix, AZ
Omaha, NE
St. Louis, MO
Ferguson, MO
Houston, TX
Not saying that the riots are particularly unusual yet, but this comes at a historically destabilized time in America. This could turn into something much, much bigger over the weekend.

I think he removes the full ones daily and only puts up clips the next day, so this might go away...

I'll admit to maybe having lowered my expectations a bit too much of you on this one, sure. Once I was over the annoyance of being ever so slightly wrong, though, I like being able to respect you* (those of you - excluding SF whose anti-government credentials I actually trust - who support the right to revolt over government injustice) a bit again. It's not a bad feeling.
If only your president and those cops before they killed another citizen could, and could have, arrive/arrived at that same sentiment, then. I suppose, since both law enforcement and government are recruited from US citizens, your government officials and LEO's can't stow away the "know your place" culture that, according to you in the other thread, is essential to and ingrained in the nature of US liberty. Rather they keep applying that thinking in a relationship (government/law enforcement to citizen) where it is supposed to be checked at the door.
Fame is not flattery. Respect is not agreement.

DUDE YES
DC peeps know where to hit 'em!Meanwhile, the Treasury Department in DC was breached by rioters, who spray painted the building. According to CNN, some of the protesters were stopped by US Secret Service but eventually let go.

Brought up on charges 6 times, she refused to charge him, he was brought up on discipline 18 times.C-Mag wrote: ↑Fri May 29, 2020 2:23 pm+1Zlaxer wrote: ↑Fri May 29, 2020 11:18 amBurn it to the fucking ground (metaphorically) - cop had 18 reported incidence and still had a job? Fucking DNC police union cronyism.
Problem is lots of folks will take this as an excuse to raid legit business who had nothing to do with this -
Favorite was dude threatening to go to the burbs - wonder how that will play out with white female voters - many who probably are like the racist bitch from NYC.
Inner city blacks would be wise to take a page from Ghandi’s playbook....
I'm pissed they are destroying private business, but I'm good with burning down the Police Station.
This guy was a bad cop, and the kept him on. He was up on charges in 2006 and then AG Amy Klobochar declined to prosecute.
Is it really a few bad apples, or is it just a few good cops ?
Yeah, I don't see inner city blacks going Ghandi.
