If Moore Furniture has an employee that publicly celebrates the next school shooting on Twitter they shouldn’t have to keep him on the payroll just because “he didn’t threaten to harm anyone or badmouth the company”.
Trying to write rules for when/how OTHERS can mete out consequences for acts that directly effect them is exactly how government overreach occurs.
