To answer the hilariously typoed question: Abolishing the teacher’s union will allow new conversations to take place. Right now all of our conversations about education come down to the union and what they want vs the public. Unions are for unions. That’s the only interest they represent. They dominate the conversation with their self-interested demands, foment dissent and chaos, and never propose anything new.

Remove them from the conversation so it can move forward.

I've read a couple articles on this from various sources. Not a single one of them mentioned the cost of living for the state, what the average income is for the state, or what the teachers other benefits (health care, pension) are that make up their compensation package. It's all narrative based information like "OMGZ, they make half what teachers in California make!" .

Every article that I read states that its illegal for teachers to strike and to have unions.

Some states (such as Oklahoma) has banned teacher unions and they tend to also be the places where they have shiity teachers and education.

Some nations (such as the USA) have lots of teachers unions, and also manage to pay top dollar per student on education while returning shitty results.

All I am saying is that its kind of ironic the places without teachers' unions are usually the places with the worst education. It's like the talent moves away from that place once they lose the right to negotiate rises and such, etc....

If teachers are moving away simply to make more money, that makes them just as greedy as the "corporate fat cats" liberals like you love to bash. I expect to see similar bashing be done to those greedy teachers who leave the poor kids just to get more for themselves.

Teachers unions used to serve a valid purpose. They now only serve to extort as much as they can from the taxpayers.

You know how monopolies shut out competition by erecting barriers to entry which hinder competitors and allow the monopoly to extort more for their products than free market value would allow?
