Owning a car is not a shitty decision and neither is buying a house.
Buying an item that loses 20% of its value the moment you drive off the lot and only depriaties in value is a shitty decision. Signing a 30 year lease in which you are responsible for maintenance and repairs that will decrease with value if you don't sink money into it, is a shitty decision.
You clearly do not own a house. Sweat equity is king.
If you can do the work sure but we are not all Bob Villa, and some localities you can't change a lightbulb without licensing and fees. And if you have an HOA to contend with oh man that is the shittiest.

Our system.
Political team T: Blow this shit up!

Where Trump has been very successful is that his mere presence has caused the Entrenched Washington Class, the Establishment, the Shadow Government............ the Swamp to reveal themselves. What we have learned since he was elected is that the Sr Members of both teams A and B are globalists who don't feel they need to listen to the American voters at all. We've learned the Intelligence Community is duplicitous and feel like they can do whatever they want, without approval of elected officials. We've learned that the Corporate Media has no shame, they are completely biased to the establishment.

For me, this has been helpful.

Buying a house means not living under the whims of a landlord. It means getting to pick out your own colors, appliances. It means you can tear down a wall or build an addition. It means, at some point, you are no longer paying someone else to live where you live. A permanent renter never gets out of housing payments. A permanent leaser always has a car payment.

How long have you been adulting? I can buy a car, pay it off in 4 years and drive it another 6 years with nothing more than maintenance costs. Leasing a car, I always have a payment, PLUS I have maintenance costs.

Hm. For me this is very old news. And, for the record, Trump isn't trying to drain the swamp, he's just bringing new types of sludge.

Google and Youtube can get you through 90% of whatever you want to do. I'm personally amazed at all the shit I've accomplished around here.

I have leased a car, my maintenance cost were covered and I have a good new car every 2 to 3 years. It depends on the car, I guess.

Which is one route. Doesn't mean taking the route without constant car payments is a bad decision.

Same here. I see it both ways. I know people that own Houses in the city and they can't wait to move into some condo on the outskirts. My one friend got a letter from the city storm drain backed up on his property, the city has to fix it within one week, $4000 dollars please. Luckily he had it in savings but seriously fuck that.

LMAO fuck you. Rent a snake, or hire a guy to do it for a couple hundred.

And yeah, don't live in a city. That's just asking for trouble.
