Story is, this guy was going through a divorce, and Sue in one of the major casinos. Also, if you think about it with a history of Vegas? Problem is - I don't see a way to prevent this - sure we could do away with the second amendment, but this guy was motivated - he would have used something else. Now he's dead - so we cant have a public execution.....gun grabbers are going to be on the move...their salivating for sue.

Armed citizens would most likely not have been able to stop this one - guy was perched - you're not taking him out with a concealed 40.
