Want to make a company work well that's diverse... hire people from all forms of life that have the ability and credentials to be there. Seriously, want to succeed, create a company that hires the most experienced people that come from the more interesting places that life has thrown out there... I'll guarantee you, you'll have a better chance to succeed than what that article is probably going to tell you.
