Diversity is not based on gender, race, or anything else. It's based on experiences and ability. Want to make a company work well that's diverse... hire people from all forms of life that have the ability and credentials to be there. Don't hire someone just because they are Black, Latino, or an SJW...
Seriously, want to succeed, create a company that hires the most experienced people that come from the more interesting places that life has thrown out there... I'll guarantee you, you'll have a better chance to succeed than what that article is probably going to tell you.
