This was a patch that was automatically downloaded and ready to be installed on the server... all that needed to be done was "approve" the install. If they didn't have this patched, and it's been out for how long? Someone needs to be fired.

Dude, it's par for course with IT people.

DB has a point with the AWS stuff.

It doesn't fly by me or any IT admin... I've been in IT for 20+ years and this lack of detail would have landed someone in a world of hurt if they were answering to me.
