I'm man enough to admit I don't know how they are going about this. All I know is that they've had a lot of successes since you and everyone else called it over, and Western intel has revised their assessments to say Russia can win, and this will go on for the rest of the year.

I have seen a stalemate since I said it was over
I have seen no successes that cause me to believe Russia's strategy is working
I have seen tons of failures that cause me to believe it isn't

The United States is now at war with Russia
Congress just authorized Lend-Lease Aid to the Ukraine, and I don't see it headlining any news services.
The United States can now send anything save nuclear weapons to the Ukraine for a war I'm told is already won, against an enemy painted as incompetent and incapable.
The US always does Lend Lease right before the next World War.
