“Simple facts” - Tamir Rice was only waving around an air gun at the park. Why did stupid civilians call it in to the police and why did the cops get away with murder?!?

Everything is simple in hindsight.
Judging others with hindsight is also simple.
The whole ridiculous tactic reeks of simplicity.

Clearly not, the onus is entirely on the state to prove murder beyond a reasonable doubt, if the cop claims self defense, the state has to prove that it wasn't, the cop doesn't have to prove anything.

Listen, faggot. If you shoot somebody dead, you are required to mount an affirmative defense. It may be the case that the facts clearly show prosecution would never prevail and they will choose not to pursue charges on that basis. But if they choose to do so, you will need to prove the self-defense requirements according to the laws of your state.

NONE of you should carry any weapons whatsoever until you understand this. Or serve on a God damned jury you fucking morons.

I am not handing out arcane knowledge here. You should already fucking know this. WTF.

The cops were clearly outnumbered and outgunned, and this officer made a decision that saved hundreds of lives. Shaver got the drop on all of them and was disobeying simple orders. He was a sick sick maniac.

This thread pretty much demonstrates why we have a legal system. Look at the geniuses waiting to serve up “justice” in absence of a system. Yep. They’re precisely the reason we tolerate an imperfect judicial system.

If you're concerned about your safety, and you happen to point a rifle or what would appears to be one, out of a hotel window, I'd advise you to get out ahead of that, go down to the lobby, tell them that you just did something very reckless and foolish, and the police are probably going to be showing up any moment now, jacked up for a mad sniper call, so you're just going to wait with the staff of the hotel, so you can turn yourself in when they arrive. I wouldn't, if I were you, just run around the hallways of the hotel, after pulling a stunt like that.

Again, I don't know what it's like in Arizona, but If I did that here, no doubt an army of cops would show up, and no doubt they would be jacked up.

Are we even sure that Shaver is dead? Is it possible the cops killed his twin brother who was bent on destroying Daniel's reputation?

People keep saying "this could have happened to any of us!", but frankly, I don't go around brandishing rifles at the public recklessly, so I actually never encounter these sorts of problems with the police.

Neither did Daniel Shaver. If you think some nanny state faggot like DB can't or wouldn't call the police with some anonymous report that you were "brandishing a rifle", then you are naive as fuck.

Well it's not to say that I've never been at gunpoint with the police, I've been at gunpoint with the militarized police in the USA even, the Military Police at Fort Knox, they didn't shoot me, but of course, I didn't reach behind my back as if I was going for a gun, and if I had, I think he might have shot me actually. There was a lot of violent crime going down on Fort Knox apparently, and they were indeed jacked up.

We were brawling outside the E-club, but as soon as the MP's appeared with M9's drawn, we stopped on the spot and didn't do anything that might spook them, bet dat.
