According to the news report I saw about it this morning, this all started with a female to male SIX YEAR OLD that was not allowed to be a boy scout (because she is not a boy). We're already at the point where little kids are on mainstream morning news talking about how they "feel like a boy" and no one bats an eye. The newsreaders just talk about how "historic" and "inclusive" it is to have girls in the boy scouts and how great it was that they started letting gay men be scout leaders a few years ago.
That is disgustig child abuse for the parents to dress their 6 year olf girl up as a boy and pull this stunt by suing the scouts. They force their kid to be a freak and shove her into the spotlight for 15 minutes of fame.
Literal child abuse. My son is six and he wants to be an Enderman. Should I say he's Minecraft-gender now?
I'm fine with insane people changing their sex/gender when they are ADULTS. Just not when its parents feeding their identity politics to their children so they can show how progressive they are.
Can I move to the South yet?

I'm betting they don't. Kids play dressup sometimes. Doesn't mean your kid secretly identifies as trans-pirate, trans-cowboy or trans-ninja.... or trans-princess for that matter. If a six-year old boy puts on a princess dress, why would that mean anything other than just goofing around? Kids play around with their imagination.
Might there be 1 in a billion of kids who have an actual, real, biologically induced view of themselves as being in "the wrong body"? Ok. But I'm guessing the ratio of them vs. the ratio of kids who get called transgender by their parents don't align.

I just wish other people would think as rationally as we do

My son dressed up as a Transformer (get it, transformer ) when he was little. I didn't lop of his penis and install a stick shift. It's out of control.
I wonder what is going to happen to some of these kids when they do reach their teens and realize that they weren't "trans" to begin with. Then what?
