Popeye's does provide the greatest chance of being carjacked or shot compared to Wendy's, Chik-Fil-A, or Boston Market. They are all in neighborhoods I would not walk through after dark. The food is decent, but not worth the risk where i live.

Oh it's worth it for the red beans and rice. Also you can get a good deal on tendies. I think Thursdays they have 8 for $8. I had to wait a long time so they gave me like 10. Pretty sweet protein gains.

I'm not a huge fan of wings. I've eaten wings at B dubs, but not enough to really get the joke. Probably because I've never had really good wings.

I can handle the second to hottest sauce at B dubs, but that's my limit.

B-Dubs will be put of business soon - they started when wings were like $0.10 a pop (wholesale) - due to their own success, everyone serves wings now and they’re re more like $0.75 a pop.
