"Income inequality" is probably the most laughably and profoundly stupid sham going on to promote statism and rent-seeking today.

If you have an open mind, give this a listen.

The Inequality Hucksters

Inequality is the battering ram the left is using these days to justify all kinds of programs of intervention. In this episode we drive a stake through its heart.

"Wealth Inequality" is a real thing that threatens society, especially intergenerationally, because it creates an aristocracy. "Income Inequality" is definitely some socialist egalitarian bullshit.

Set out your argument, in simple terms this forum can grasp, in favor of the federal estate tax.

PS, I again commend the linked podcast from this South African fellow to you.

Not really interested in libertarian podcasts, but while you mention Africa..

The income inequality in Rhodesia was quite a lot higher than we see in America. Terrible, right? Good thing there's no more income inequality in Zimbabwe..

Just because there exists income inequality doesn't mean the people at the bottom have it bad or worse than they would under marxist utopian ideals.

Yeah, you should really be careful about what kind of podcasts you sample.

It's just boring and so completely out of touch with reality that I have grown tired of that stuff.

The easiest way to fight the income inequality racket is to point out that everybody was equal in the Soviet TP line that wrapped around the block on the second Thursday of every month. While everybody waits, they can all rest assured that nobody is making more than anybody else.

In a society of INDIVIDUAL liberty, make as much money as Crocus while you're alive, but your liberty ends with you. Sons are not responsible for the sins of the father, nor are the honors of the father inherited by the son.

You make no argument why you or anyone else is more entitled to the fruits of the labor of a father than his son.
