♦ Point Two – Both Russia and the U.S. admit these were/are deadly biological pathogens.

♦ Point Three – The biggest difference between the two positions is that Russia says these were offensive weapons, and the U.S/Ukraine saying these were defensive weapons.

Glazyev says Russia and China will never join a world government because they know they will only recieve minor roles in decision making and the monsters of the US and the EU will only use their countries resources and people.

He also noted that Trump effectively stopped the World Government when he refused to sign the Transatlantic and Trans-Pacific partnerships.
