No. Dodi wasn't even the first Muslim she had dated. She had a two year affair with a Pakistani surgeon Hasnat Khan and survived that unscathed.Penner wrote:Montegriffo wrote:Not special forces. Harry was a weapons operator in an attack helicopter.Speaker to Animals wrote:

She was pretty popular over here compared to the rest of your aristocracy. We mostly laugh at the rest of them. The prince who was in the special forces in Afghanistan gets much respect. Can't remember which one that is.
Diana did support some good causes such as landmine bans and AIDS awareness but she did also seek media attention a lot of the time. Overall I think she was very badly treated by ''the firm'' but she was no Saint.
Are you one of those people that believe that the Queen and/or the UK government killed Diana because she was dating a Muslim?

For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

We could opt for the US solution but something tells me it wouldn't be acceptable in this age.GrumpyCatFace wrote:That is fucking horrifying.Hastur wrote:

They don’t hold a candle to a 3rd-level Goldman Sachs executive. They couldn’t avenge littering.Speaker to Animals wrote:GrumpyCatFace wrote:Fear of what? A stern, but polite letter?Speaker to Animals wrote:

You realize those people are sovereigns with quite a lot of wealth and connections to all the major financial institutions, including access to private intelligence and mercenary groups? If those guys want to avenge their mother, they definitely can do it.

You really don't understand who these people are. They run the global financial system through their little extra-judicial state in London.

Most of the world's financial institutions have a presence in an extra-judicial state inside of London. It's not part of the UK, really. It stands as a kind of separate entity and it's how most corporations and financial institutions at the very top of the food chain move vast capital around the world to avoid taxes and whatnot. This is how the English royal family remains relevant. That family is actually extremely powerful.
