Re: Russia! Russia!! Russia!!!
I personally feel a lot of this is linked to the Ukraine war and destruction of Nordstream.
The US is no longer a trustworthy ally and displays irrational aggressiveness toward other nations and it's own people. The move away from US finances and trading is the logical step for all theses nations.
The US ceased approx 300 billion dollars in Russian assets, some from private citizens of Russia and blew up allies primary energy supply. The current is rulers are untrustworthy and strike out emotionally. Why would you do business with them ?

I have no doubt our masters have us hating Russia because they are the largest homogenic white christian block in the world. Therefore must be destroyed.
Further. They have managed to get Slav fighting Slav. A unified pan Slavic alliance would rule the modern world.
Their efforts are likely to fail as they have forced the worlds largest resource rich nation together with the worlds largest manufacturing nation.

No, we don't have allies, we have nations with common interests. It's different, and not a nuance... it's the reason why we seem to burn bridges rather often.TheOneX wrote: ↑Sun Oct 15, 2023 12:04 pmThat is the definition of an ally. The Conservative wrote: ↑Mon Sep 11, 2023 2:24 pmThere is an old saying. “The US doesn't have allies, they have countries with common interests.”C-Mag wrote: ↑Mon Sep 11, 2023 1:53 pmI personally feel a lot of this is linked to the Ukraine war and destruction of Nordstream.

We tell the populations we have allies to make them feel better, in reality, the only reason we work with other countries is because we have common interests at that time. It is really is simple as that, for the next day those same countries you are allied with could be working against you as soon as your interests split.TheOneX wrote: ↑Mon Oct 23, 2023 7:57 pmThen please explain the difference. The Conservative wrote: ↑Sun Oct 22, 2023 10:57 amNo, we don't have allies, we have nations with common interests.
