Agreed.
Besides, for Trump, 'it's the Economy Stupid'. That needs to be his focus for this country, not F-ing around with a bunch of Do Nothings in Congress.
EDIT:
You know what's funny, is Lefites, Dems, Liberalists and basically anyone that is not Establishment GOP can all agree the failure is a good thing, and are very happy it failed to get to a vote.

Engaging in real discussions on this forum would destroy the delusion that Trump nutthuggers have shut down all rational discussion, so they ignore this thread to help maintain the delusion.Okeefenokee wrote:This isn't their thread. They don't come around these parts.

Your grasp of history is fucking weak.GrumpyCatFace wrote:Absolutely agree. But according to Republicans, the passage of ObamaCare was a giant leap toward socialism, so they birthed the Tea Party, which swept Republicans into power, who just flopped on their face when given the opportunity to fix it.Speaker to Animals wrote:GrumpyCatFace wrote:Agreed. Nobody I knew had ever bought an actual health insurance policy. It was through work, or you simply didn't have it.
I did for about two years in 1999/2000. I was paying about 250/mo in my twenties. I guarantee a policy like that would be over $500 today without subsidies of some kind.
And it's not even the insurance companies fucking us. It's the doctors, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies. Look at the pumped up COSTS.
Let freedom ring bitch.

This myth that there were not jobs was thoroughly debunked many times on the old DCF. I remember enjoying watching DB post thousands and thousands of unfilled job openings that went unfilled month after month. People were simply unwilling to move or accept a job other than what they thought they were meant for.TheReal_ND wrote:Really? Where were the breadlines? Where were the shanty towns? Fire is too good for those fucks.

Most, if not all of us, were initially opposed to the idea of a Trump presidency, but we possess the ability to reform our positions.Montegriffo wrote:You know, now the Trump can do no wrong he's playing 4d chess like a master bubble has burst and thoughtful criticism is back in vogue, you might find some of them returning. I just did some back of the envelope maths and the top 6 posters have contributed 47.59% of the total posts on this board.
they are in order- Nuke,StA,Okee,GCF,Smitty and myself
How much name calling, repetition and alienation do you think this board can take?
Smitty hasn't posted for over a month, I'm pretty much done, GCF and Nuke have registered and started posting in the PF.com forums.
It's up to you, I have invested a lot of time and effort in trying to make this place worthwhile and am disappointed to see where it is heading but I have a new home now. Do you really want this place to become a blog for a handful of like minded posters or do you want some honest vigorous debate?
Call me thin skinned if you must but how many of you would take being regularly called a child fucker, terrorist supporter and a Marxist before you decided enough was enough?
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

All of us, you pussy.Montegriffo wrote:Call me thin skinned if you must but how many of you would take being regularly called a child fucker, terrorist supporter and a Marxist before you decided enough was enough?
The folks most responsible for the lack of well reasoned debate are those fleeing the forum, because they can't take a few insults. Smitty comes and goes, he didn't leave the forum altogether bitching about the lack of rational discussion like a bitch, he's got a hell of a lot thicker skin than you, Kath and ooky.

You are the primary contributer to the insults, Monty. I don't know who you think you are trying to fool. Look in the mirror, man.
