Super Hero fiction can never be SJWed, because it is, by nature, about extraordinary individuals who are, essentially, ubermensch that stand apart from any possible group identity.

Furthermore, Super Hero fiction relies on symbolic alter-egos that exist apart from those that inhabit them. Anyone hit with gamma radiation, or juiced with super soldier serum can be Hulk or Captain America if they embrace the ideals of those symbols. It is a deeply enlightenment view of heroism, and thus, totally immune to identitarian thinking.

Heroism is a moral choice, not an essentialist mandate.

2. The initial evidence was the long list of high profile, highly popular white male characters that were all replaced within the same timeframe. If you know so much about the comics industry you would already be aware of the comments a number of creators have made, what their backgrounds are, and how they reacted when their SJW bullshit was rejected.
