It's not, for sure, but I still blame Nancy. The country wants a wall. Nancy needs to get over herself and cave. It was his number one platform. Was Nancy crying shame shame shame when Obama expanded the wall?

I'm all for opposition, but there's opposition, and there's this. Remember when Mitch said that his number one priority was making Obama a one-term president? That's what Nancy is doing now. When the country says, "this is our guy," Congress needs to at least pretend to respect that, regardless of party.

Disagree. They have three weeks to fund the wall or he just declares an emergency and builds it without their consent.

The only win for Trump here is to be loud about how much he is trying to work with them and go for the jugular. Point out he had to do it because Chuck and Nancy would not approve pay, point out they offer nothing, point out they won't even discuss.

He can say that as many times as he wants, but the media will continue to bury those facts. He fell back to the position Republicans have held on to for years, and has never worked.

There is no way he follows through with declaring it an emergency. If he does then the next Democrat POTUS will use it as precedent to declare climate change, healthcare, and all kinds of things national emergencies.

I don't think we're anywhere near the bottom yet. In a decade these could be looked back upon as the good old days. The Democrats are going off of the vote count, not the electoral college. They believe they truly are doing the work of the majority of the people. The reality they will never admit is that the majority that voted Democrat has no idea what they really voted for.

I don't think we're anywhere near the bottom yet. In a decade these could be looked back upon as the good old days. The Democrats are going off of the vote count, not the electoral college. They believe they truly are doing the work of the majority of the people. The reality they will never admit is that the majority that voted Democrat has no idea what they really voted for.

Position of naivety.
