Actually I read somewhere he was reported *5 times* in the past 5 years. And yeah, it was apparently never followed up on, or if it was even looked at it probably was ignored "becuz racism".

Those networks are open to all members of Five Eyes, including obviously all the American intelligence services, including some police departments. Members of the American deep state leaked the photos to the NYT. NYT published the photos.
