In all reality, my side lost with Globalism. If a new Cold War breaks out, that will shake the box.

My side loses using democracy so it’s going to have to be something else.

I don't even really get the Russian propaganda strategy here at all. They are painting this Azov Battalion as if these guys are Spartan heroes valiantly fighting a successful resistance against overwhelming odds. Juxtapose that with the total incompetence on display by the Russian army and air force, and the savage brutality displayed by the same. Propaganda is supposed to paint yourself as the Spartans and the other guys as Xerxes. I just don't get it. Do they want everybody to go join Azov Battalion or something? Is it reverse psychology?

Or are they just so incredibly bad, and their war effort has failed so incredibly, that turning Azov Battalion into a heroic enemy they couldn't possibly defeat is better than admitting that they were incompetent barbarians. E.g. Lost Cause myth.
exactly

Polk Azov is one battalion in an army of 1.2 million

but the narrative is making them legendary, the 800 Spartans
The propaganda makes me kind of want to be in Azov Batallion and I know it can't be true.

well I get why they are Fascists, it's an immunoreaction to the Bolshevism of the Kremlin

but I wouldn't fit in with those guys

I would want to be in Kyiv, defending President Zelenskiy and the government, that's the main effort

plus I wouldn't be able to keep up with those Azov kids, I'm only good for civil defense at my age

The conflict is so clearly Fascism vs. Communism that it’s eerie.

that's not true

Azov is one battalion in an army of 1.2 million

the Ukrainians are not Fascist

the Russians are not Communist neither, Putin is the Czar

the Russian state is a cult of the personality now, it has no ideology other than Putin uber alles

I call the Russians Bolsheviks,

but that doesn't mean Communist, in Russian Bolshevik means Majoritarian

I wouldn't even call Putin a Stalinist, because Stalin was a devout Communist, he had an ideology

Putin has no ideology, he's just a Mob Boss

It's really not at all. The fascists got totally marginalized after the coup. The Ukrainian government is very liberal.

exactly,

Zelenskiy is the liberal who deposed Poroshenko

and Zelenskiy was a terrible peacetime leader,

and he is partially responsible because he downplayed the Russian threat

but now he has risen to the occasion,

soon as America offered to evacuate him and his family,

and Zelenskiy refused, and instead rallied at the head of his troops

you can't ask much more from a President in a country under invasion by a monstrous horde
