Oh likely the guy hates it in the academy and wants to anger his military dad.Speaker to Animals wrote:C-Mag wrote:Ah, the old days when a problem could be solved with a sock and a bar of soap.Speaker to Animals wrote:

I don't think it happens anymore. Not that its not deserved.
I don't know about military academies, but enlisted ranks even in the 1990s would do it. That Jack Nicholson character was celebrated as an heroic figure for a reason.
And the conservative talking heads start yapping about this. OMG! WHERE IS THE MILITARY GOING??? Too bad they cannot blame it on Obama for the guy.
And basically I don't get why you all are so pumped up about it. So some footballer Kaepernick felt that coloured people are opressed in the US and fellow teammates think it's a great way to say something. Ok, fine. That kneeling was sure smarter than just sitting on a bench.
Trump just uses this to get his base feeling up takes it on that otherwise wouldn't be much noticed. Great way to get focus away from the last health care fiasco. But thanks to him it's the latest vogue now to kneel or somehow to show solidarity.
