Speaker to Animals wrote:It's just spin, everybody. The Swedish army is deployed to the sharia law zones for public relations drills.
Actually true... in Afghanistan. Swedes (like us) are still there:
But not in large numbers, so I guess it's a PR thing.

Swedish troops are deployed in:
Afghanistan (Resolute Support Mission)
The Central African Republic (EUTM RCA)
Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUSCO)
Hungary (HAW)
India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP)
Iraq
Korea (NNSC)
Kosovo (KFOR)
Mali (EUTM Mali)
Mali (MINUSMA)
Middle East (UNTSO)
Somalia (EUTM Somalia)
South Sudan (UNMISS)
It's not a lot of people but enough to keep our small Armed Forces bussy.
The gang problem in Sweden is for the police to solve. Suggesting a military solution is just ridiculous attention seeking. That is why no serious media is covering the suggestion.
The problems in our segregated housing projects is an overlapping matter. It is connected to some of the gang criminality but not all. We have biker gangs and other professional criminal gangs that are mostly ethnically Swedish. The problem is worse in the segregated areas but that is to be expected since the appeal of a criminal career is bigger in poor areas with extreme unemployment and crappy schools. You don't fix that with Military Police either.

The alleged leader of a neo-Nazi terrorist group has been charged with calling on followers to murder a Labour MP.
Rosie Cooper, who represents West Lancashire, confirmed she was the subject of alleged "encouragement to murder" by Christopher Lythgoe.
"I would like to thank everyone involved in this case, especially the counter-terrorism police, for keeping me, my staff and the public safe," she said.
The organisation became the first far-right group to be banned in the UK last year and its aliases Scottish Dawn and NS131 have since been proscribed.
Mr Lythgoe, 31, has also been charged with membership of a terrorist organisation, alongside Garron Helm, of Seaforth, Matthew Hankinson, of Newton-Le-Willows, Andrew Clarke, of Paddington and Michal Trubini, of Warrington.

BARCELONA — The Spanish Senate gave the central government in Madrid unprecedented powers over Catalonia on Friday, just minutes after the breakaway region declared independence, sharply escalating a constitutional crisis in the center of western Europe.
The two votes — one for independence, one to restore constitutional rule — came in dueling sessions of parliaments in Barcelona and Madrid.
The central government easily won permission to take over control of Catalonia. Meanwhile, secessionists in Catalonia faced bitter recriminations from Catalan foes who called the move for nationhood a coup and a historical blunder, a month after a referendum that backed a split from Spain.
The widening impasse has left little middle ground in Spain for possible compromises and has spilled over to the European Union, whose leaders fear another internal crisis after major upheavals such as Britain’s exit from the bloc and the financial meltdown in Greece.

Fuckin old coffin dodgers. No one under the age of 40 knows what a yard is. Can't even tell you how many ounces in a pound, never mind how many stone to the hundred weight or how many chains in a furlong.
Still, one cold winter and we're 100% metric.

Just avoid the cities, and let the idiocy burn itself out. There's no other cure.
