Here's a no-nonsense talk from a few days about the Russia Cyber attacks and discussion of the US response options. Take Trump out of the equation (which is the natural reason there's basically too little done too late at this by this administration) and likely the US would be responding something like what is discussed. First, a) form a coordinated joint response with US allies with b) a measured response (as there is the danger of out of control escalation), c) go after the oligarch supporting Putin and d) take into account successfull cyber-responses like what was taken against ISIS cyber-operations.

Of course you think millions of Americans need to die because you can't defend yourselves.

Fucking Europeans, who trash America left right and center, never miss an opportunity to ask us give our lives for you.

Russia doesn't threaten us. They threaten you. Pick through your wife's purse and find your balls, and defend yourselves.

If we ever come back to your cucked continent, we're adding fucking stars.

Did you either forget that ssu's Finnish, or are you too embarrasingly stupid to understand that Finland isn't, and never was, in NATO or any other way allied with the US? The US has never defended "Europe", it defended the countries it allied with in Europe. You never defended "Asia" or "the Middle East", either, just because you're allied with South Korea or Israel.

And CSIS is of course an American think tank based on Washington DC.

The above talk happened just a few days ago, and what's interesting that Lindsey Graham just today echoed similar ideas of going after Putin's oligarchs and praised the new secretary of state having the correct attitude towards Russia. Let's see what Mike Pompeo can do.

Of course the real question is if Trump grows to be so emboldened (or gets so pissed of about the Stormy affair etc.) that he fires Mueller. That would be the pure Trump move to make.

Place your bets on which massive distraction is staged the day before the Stormy interview is broadcast.
My ten MHF bucks are on North Korea, maybe the talks with Kim?
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Firing Mueller would be a massive "distraction" and surely Stormy wouldn't get the limelight!

Or perhaps firing Rosenstein...

But it's true, the thing Trump looks at is to influence the media discourse of the day. He was very happy about his opening with the Koreans (even if I actually remember him hinting about a meeting with Kim months ago)

Mueller should be the subject of the Russian collusion investigation. He doesn't belong on the investigation team at any capacity.

When are we going to call curtains on this farce of the actual conspirators running the investigation?

Anyone heard of this documentary; "Active Measures"...

http://povmagazine.com/articles/view/re ... e-measures

Russian organized crime has been investing in Trump for years according to the documentary...
(since his Atlantic City bankruptcy)

He is a Russian asset, according to this...

The question is... How is that asset working out?

Maybe he backfires as an investment?
