Pretty much de facto anarchism, for libertarians. Their whole system is "if I don't agree with a law, I shouldn't have to be subjected to it." Meaning that in any of their systems, at all, if one person objects to a law, it cannot be passed. That makes any government above say, 20 people, impossible. (could be more, but you know what I mean. May work on a small scale but not large) De Facto anarchism, for sure.
Unhampered free market economies don't really work. For example, how do you have a stock market if you don't ban insider trading?
