If the idea is taxation with representation then trying to eliminate millions of people from voting because they don't have any money, are black, and/or is a woman isn't really going solve any issues. Landowners are not going to solve the issue- more likely than not, they will be the ones who will vote in people who will start more wars base on political donations/voting (like they do now) and government corruption will probably be even more of a mess than it is today thanks to having a small group of people holding the power and also holding the power to vote these corrupt people in.
So my farmer buddy, who’s land crosses counties. He only gets to vote on half his farm.

No representation in that taxation.

I am skeptical the ends would be different if he could vote, it he certainly is no part of the process.

Is that an injustice?
Is your buddy being denied to vote because he isn't a white male and/or owns a certain amount of wealth/property?

I don’t subscribe to identity politics.

Does he have representation is his taxation?

Where is he being denied to vote though? Is he in one Congressional district or two?

He votes once
He voted in one district
He gets no vote when half of the local puts levies property tax on the land.

That's interesting. I guess I assumed counties just divided by entire parcels instead of taxing half a parcel.

It’s by entire parcels.
But many farms can be multiple parcels.

You might find an area that is 5 acre parcel or 40 acre parcels.

Not that hard to have a continuous farm that is multiple parcels.

My single residence rental in town is 2 parcels.

Ok, you only get one vote you don't get to vote in every property you own or place you work. What you are suggesting is multiple votes for certain persons.

I think it's a good idea if limited to county elections. If you own property in two counties, you are paying taxes to two counties. Why not vote in each county election?

You are not voting twice in the same elections.

Disenfranchise anyone cashing a government check and this problem is erased.

The land doesn't have the vote; the person does.
