What a gathering of nattering nabobs of negativism this forum has become of late. Is it because Trump is winning so much at the moment?
The Olympics has provided a lot of high quality entertainment over the years and will continue to do so. The winter Olympics is mostly for us northerners but it's fun all the same.
If you read up on what the Russians did in Sochi this should come as no surprise. It's impossible to keep sports completely clean but the least thing we can do is to punish those that are caught doing it. I have no problem with that.
I'm sure there are plenty wrong with what's banned and what's not. we could argue about that 'til the cows come home. Just stick with the rules we have for now and you can compete.
Norway got their best female cross-country skier and six times Olympic champion banned for using the wrong lip balm and they are all aboard with gender bending.

Im disappointed in you! Winning isnt everything, and your fixation on medals and entertainment is quite saddening, especially considering that 2 billion people in Africa and Asia live on less than $2 per day. It might be time to get your priorities straight.

It's not about the sport, it's not about entertainment, it's not even about the money, it's about Temperance Lady Politics.

I have used them to rehabilitate all the problems in my muscular system. They are pretty amazing. I am on a cycle right now, matter of fact.

Everybody equates PEDs with steroids, but a lot of them are actually pretty damned good for people. You obviously don't want to take them all the time, but they will help you recover from injuries and they can get a disabled guy out of the bed and back to work, so.. people need to lighten up a little.
