Supposedly, Eastern Ukraine has fallen, and Russian-backed militias are clearing Azov out of Mariupol city center now. The Substack guy who’s reporting this seems unbiased. He says his information comes from Russian sources but that there’s other corroborating evidence.

p.s. He’s saying Russia needs a peace plan now before it gets trapped.
