And charge them with what? Or are you talking about internment without trial?
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

It's not a crime to become an enemy combatant to the UK? It's perfectly legal to join ISIS, murder people, enslave women, rape, pillage, and just return home to England with your welfare money so you can join a Muslim rape gang there?

Fucking hell, Monty, you can't be this cucked.

It is a crime, and where there is evidence there are arrests. If there is no evidence that illegal activities took place then you can't arrest. It's called the rule of law. Flying to Turkey and back is not a crime so unless you can prove someone travelled from Turkey into Syria and then took part in the civil war you can't just lock them up. This is not North Korea, subjects have rights.

What does that link have to do with what I said. Being a ''potental terrorist'' is not grounds for detention without evidence.

No they don't, if they knew it and had the evidence they would arrest them. What you are advocating is internment without trial which is what we used to do to suspected IRA terrorists. That policy was stopped because it led to more IRA terrorism not less. It also led to fewer Irish people offering intelligence on suspects for fear of being arrested themselves.

Many innocent Irishmen served long sentences for crimes that they did not commit. Ever heard of the Birmingham six or the Guilford four or the Maguire seven?
The Guildford Four and the Maguire Seven were the collective names of two groups whose convictions in English courts in 1975 and 1976 for the Guildford pub bombings of 5 October 1974 were eventually quashed after long campaigns for justice. The Guildford Four were convicted of bombings carried out by the Provisional Irish Republican Army (IRA), and the Maguire Seven were convicted of handling explosives found during the investigation into the bombings. Both groups' convictions were eventually declared "unsafe and unsatisfactory"[1] and reversed in 1989 and 1991 respectively after they had served up to 15–16 years in prison.

Yes, Monty. These are people known to have joined ISIS in North Africa and the Near East.

How fucking dense are you going to be? This fact was already admitted to by your own government. You have over 20k jihadis running loose in your country, man. Your government admits it. The Manchester bomber was one of the "residual risk" individuals.
