What the hell was that??

I don’t even understand what the situation was. She got out of the car, lit a cigarette and made a phone call, then he tries to arrest her?

Full story is he pulled the car over because the owner has multiple felony open warrants. Turns out she was not the owner, but he then noticed her constantly trying to go through her purse. He gets her out of the car, gets the purse. She has cocaine in it. When he goes to arrest her, she runs around the car, gets back in. She reaches for something in the car, which is when he tazes her. Turns out she was reaching for a gun. She eventually gets to it and shoots the cop in the torso, one shot missing his vest and hitting him. He returns fire.

The Western world and culture is about to get crushed, and most of it is self-inflicted.

Meghan Markle and Price Harry sit down to whine about racism and their feelings with Oprah.

Piers Morgan goes on his show to say he doesn't buy all the claims Megan and Harry are making. Some other guy or host tears into Piers, getting personal about it. That's when Piers had enough and walks off set on live TV.

Apparently Sharon Osbourne has a talk show like the View. She defends Piers, her black co-hosts begin crying about how hurtful and racist it was for Piers to call a half-black lady a liar and how she is now being a racist for defending his right to have an opinion. Because it's racist to say anything bad about any POC. The show has now been taken off the air, and Sharon is on her way to being cancelled. Right after this multiple racist accusations about Sharon began surfacing.

Today I saw a headline that read: "Sharon Osbourne just blew up her career over Meghan Markle". In other words, if you just kept your mouth shut and not defended you friend from bullshit accusations the mob wouldn't be coming for your head. Stay in line, don't speak up and maybe we will let you make a living.

This is what matters most in the West today. Not teaching our children, not instilling a work ethic, but whining about feelings and words while countries like China prepare to crush us.

Yeah, it was obviously headed this way as soon as social media sites decided facts (like FBI crime statistics) were "hate speech". When the truth is labeled as criminal, the liars are about to take over.

To be fair to Piers Morgan , which is not a thing I ever expected to say in public, his comments were related to Meghan's claim that she had suffered mental health problems and not about race.
Being a total prick who likes to say outrageous things to get attention and stir up controversy he made the comment that he didn't believe a single word of what Meghan said in the interview. Not being very smart he didn't realise until after he said it that he was also implying that he didn't believe that comments had been made about the possible colour of the baby. Which Oprah obviously manipulated into a huge controversial soundbite to ensure she would get the ratings and massive payout she was aiming for.
The couple themselves received no payment at all for the interview but obviously gained publicity for themselves and their many causes.

The couple would have been far better served by the Palace's unofficial motto of ''never complain, never explain'' but freedom of speech and the right to reply are deeply instilled in American culture so Meghan clearly felt she had the right to put her side of the story.

Of course the whole episode has been blown out of all proportion by both sides of the ever intensifying Culture Wars and nobody is coming out of it looking good.

Being mostly an American crowd, we couldn’t care less what the royals are whining about. Makes sense that a British subject would be more affected by it though.
