Um we do know that this Max Stier dude is a Clinton lawyer, right? Kavanaugh is being Arkancided as we speak. We can stop another Clinton hit, we have got to do it.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Tue Sep 17, 2019 12:38 pmAnother problem.. this is nothing like the previous allegations. The man making the allegation made it confidentially to Congress during the hearings. He refused to cooperate with the NYT for this story. The woman alleged to have been assaulted has this far refused to cooperate even with the congressional investigation.
There are a lot of variables that can flip against the right at this point.
And don't pretend like Trump hiring total jackasses has not been a thing since day one.
Here is a very realistic scenario that could happen:
-- Woman involved comes forward and says she does remember being assaulted by a man who thrust his penis into her hands while she was drunk at that party, but cannot identify the man due to intoxication.
-- We already have one man who was at the party who positively identifies Kavenaugh as that assaulter.
-- One more person who was at the party comes forward to accuse Kavenaugh.
None of this shit was media-seeking. Nobody was trying to get fame or attention. In fact, the man making the accusation attempted to do so discretely. The woman who was allegedly assaulted wanted nothing more to do with it.
This could potentially get pretty bad, regardless of what actually happened that night (or if anything at all happened). All it takes is for this woman to state that the event did indeed happen and one more person to allege it was Kavenaugh.

I have no idea what actually happened. I am just telling you the obvious truth. It only takes for one other person to accuse him of doing it who was at that party and it's over.

No - let the DNC impeach him - then one half the country will realize the other half doesn't give a shit about fairness or rules or maintaining the illusion of sharing power...and that the system no longer works...
Think what would happen if half the population truly lost all faith in the government....

If they haven't after the last 12 years, and Trump pulling the light on the swamp, it won't matter.Zlaxer wrote: ↑Tue Sep 17, 2019 1:05 pmNo - let the DNC impeach him - then one half the country will realize the other half doesn't give a shit about fairness or rules or maintaining the illusion of sharing power...and that the system no longer works...

No - there is a large part of the population who still has hope the system can be corrected/fixed/repaired...DNC impeachment of an appointed SCOTUS justice, and then packing the court with Leftists would obliterate any hope of salvaging the current system...people would loose all hope of fixing the system and look for alternative solutions outside of the current legal framework. The Conservative wrote: ↑Tue Sep 17, 2019 1:12 pmIf they haven't after the last 12 years, and Trump pulling the light on the swamp, it won't matter.Zlaxer wrote: ↑Tue Sep 17, 2019 1:05 pmNo - let the DNC impeach him - then one half the country will realize the other half doesn't give a shit about fairness or rules or maintaining the illusion of sharing power...and that the system no longer works...

if that is all it takes, the system deserves to implode, we have had so much more damaging things happen to this union than that, which has made very little wakes in the grand scheme of things it's scary...Zlaxer wrote: ↑Tue Sep 17, 2019 1:33 pmNo - there is a large part of the population who still has hope the system can be corrected/fixed/repaired...DNC impeachment of an appointed SCOTUS justice, and then packing the court with Leftists would obliterate any hope of salvaging the current system...people would loose all hope of fixing the system and look for alternative solutions outside of the current legal framework.

Re: Trump's SCOTUS
once again we have another party where we can't find the date or even year, we don't know the place and the victim isnt cooperating or pointing fingers. What we have is a political hack telling stories as if they are anything credible. They are not. And if someone else comes forward that person is going to get the anal exam that everyone else has and you don't graduate yale law school without some skeleton hack in your closet. If you think pussy Democrats are going to take an impeachment vote in an election year you are out of your mind. This is primary voting posturing and fundraising fodder, they won't go to a general with this shit. Especially when they dont have the 67 votes in the Senate.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Tue Sep 17, 2019 1:03 pmSo?clubgop wrote: ↑Tue Sep 17, 2019 12:51 pmUm we do know that this Max Stier dude is a Clinton lawyer, right? Wrong. The guy stated exactly when and where he alleged it happened. Apparently the woman remembers that somebody assaulted her with his cock but cannot remember who it was. You need one more person at the party to make the allegation and this thing blows up, pulling us right back into a witch hunt.clubgop wrote: ↑Tue Sep 17, 2019 2:44 pmonce again we have another party where we can't find the date or even year, we don't know the place and the victim isnt cooperating or pointing fingers. And that NYT article is a fucking trap. Do not make the mistake that attacking that shitty article is the same as refuting the allegations.

Not from what I see. Hack accuser, hack reporters, hack article. If they are soliciting for more witnesses they would have produced more. This seems to be the new Russia, it'll never end and they'll never get anywhere with it. They have all been proven to be hack bitch liars. Kavanaugh has been vetted over and over again not a hint of this for decades but put him on the Supreme Court and the Clinton machine goes full bore. Witch hunts don't end well for them.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Tue Sep 17, 2019 2:48 pmWrong. The guy stated exactly when and where he alleged it happened.
