Weak, black and unsweetened. If you absolutely have to mask the taste of tea then a wedge of lemon is acceptable.GrumpyCatFace wrote:“The correct way to make tea”? Dumping 2 cups of sugar into it?
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

The only time tea should have sugar in it if it is sweetened tea. Otherwise, leave my tea alone.

Really? Then explain that to the rest of America, which puts sugar in everything, even when it doesn't need if.and I wouldn't throw rocks just yet, your glass house is prone for breakage.Montegriffo wrote:The monthly prize for ''stating the bleeding obvious'' goes once again to TC...The Conservative wrote:The only time tea should have sugar in it is if it is sweetened tea.

"Sweet tea" is a southern thing, which is what the tweet was referring to. The tweet also said that it's the 'proper way to make tea', which is ridiculous. That's what we're talking about. The rest of America does not dump a pound of sugar into their tea, and pretend that it's something special.

I think it would help you if you stopped assuming we're all idiots. If you don't get why someone said something, read previous posts until the context makes sense.

Sugar has no place in any tea other than sweet tea.
