If he's still there, chances are he is a dead man if that storm surge washes over the island. The highest point of Key West which is right next door is about 18 feet, I think, so he might be able to try to escape to there, but he needs to do it now.

So youtube is totally cool with censoring videos that are controversial because they make SJWs "feel unsafe", but they don't do anything about videos uploaded by people who decided to stay behind in the Keys to upload footage of Irma, possibly resulting in their deaths.

That just blows my mind. If I ran something like Youtube, and we were already in the censorship business anyway, I would not reward anybody for ignoring an evacuation order.

People are encouraged to stay because they like the feeling of uploading front-row footage of this storm, which means it's quite possible a lot of the people who are uploading right now from the Keys will be dead by late morning.

The current storm surge estimates looks like they are going to go up some, because Irma is likely to stay over warm water for a while before making landfall on the west coast of Florida, and the longer it waits before making landfall, the worse the storm surge. It slowing down over real warm waters right before US landfall, that's really bad, even for the east coast of Florida.
