From the audio I heard he just sprayed using a bumper stock. It didn't sound mechanical like when you switch an M16 to full auto. It was erratic like he was using one of those stocks.

If he took his time, I bet he'd have killed more people. The left will try to argue it was worse because he simulated full-auto with those stocks, but I think it would have been worse if he didn't use that and bothered to actually aim and hit targets.

Problem is - I don't see a way to prevent this - sure we could do away with the second amendment, but this guy was motivated - he would have used something else. Now he's dead - so we cant have a public execution.....gun grabbers are going to be on the move...their salivating for sure.

Let them, because the fact is that it's the person, not the gun that is the issue, but meh, what do I know. Doing away with the second amendment won't do squat, as proven with other countries, they will find a way.

We need to know more about this person before we do anything else if my sources are correct. He was soon to be a divorcee, and he also had a lawsuit against a casino since 2011.

He had his pilot licenses, and I've been having a hard time finding much else, but if this other person is a "companion" then knowing more about her would be ideal, especially since one of the last shootings we had in the US had a "female companion" as well...

This could be a lone shooter type concept, which I hope it is... but if not, we are going to have larger problems sooner than later.

It's the person with an automatic rifle capable of shooting over 250 people who is the problem.

I doubt it was alcohol that did it. When I was involved in a shooting, I had been drinking all night. I was shoving my brother and girlfriend to cover around the corner of a building before I consciously processed what was going down. Lots of people there were probably buzzed or drunk, and their instincts were to find cover too.
