You realize even Ginsburg would kill it if she could?
This really isn't about abortion. That "law" (and that's what they did; it's law from the bench) is horrible.

I'm telling you, multiple-reaffirmed precedence is sacrosanct.

No, Dred Scott is famous because it wasn't upheld.Speaker to Animals wrote:LOL

Re: Trump's SCOTUS
It would be a very, very, tough fight. There would be blood in the streets. This issue, is a cornerstone to any Dem/Lefty Ideology and frankly, I don't think the GOP or most Americans care enough to take on the fight. And to some extent, I think it is the wrong fight.Martin Hash wrote:With all the precedence behind it, that seems extremely unlikely.Speaker to Animals wrote:Roe v. Wade is walking dead now.
What needs to happen is to establish one set of criteria for what life means, because currently we varying criteria. I hate laws that conflict, ie. Your responsible as an adult to decide on our national leaders at 18, but not responsible enough to drink a beer until 21........ WTF
Now, as far as the Pro-Life crowd. Science has been good to them on this issue. Science now can prove that from the moment of conception unique human DNA is formed.

Re: Trump's SCOTUS
The Constitution guarantees life & liberty; SCOTUS had to decide which comes first, and "Give me liberty or give me death" answers the question.

Somebody's a broken record. This issue has been decided by SCOTUS more than a few times. I say stop playing the fucking record, already.Speaker to Animals wrote:Life and liberty.. unless you are declared somebody else's property..

Well, good for you. You decided that baby who could survive outside her mother's womb is not a human being. That ain't any different from how your intellectual forebears thought in antebellum America.
You are repeating the same rhetoric. Muh liberty! Sure. What about the liberty of the millions of people you essentially enslaved and killed with your belief system?
